SocialMate respects the rights of creators. We do not host, store or upload any video, audio or image files. Media is fetched directly from the original platform at the request of the user.

Report a copyright problem

If you are a copyright owner and believe SocialMate is being used to access your work without permission, email contact@socialmateofficial.com with:

  1. Your name and contact details.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work.
  3. The exact URL(s) of the content on the original platform.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised.
  5. A statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

After a valid notice we will block the reported URLs from being processed by SocialMate, usually within 2 working days.

For users

Download only your own content or content you have permission to use. Repeated misuse may lead to your access being blocked.
