Does the account owner know I downloaded a Reel?
SocialMate does not log in to Instagram or send any notification. Still, please respect the creator and only reuse content with permission.

Yes. SocialMate is free to use, with no account and no software to install. It works in any modern browser on Android, iPhone, Windows and Mac.
Where are my downloaded files saved?
On Android and computers files go to your Downloads folder. On iPhone and iPad, Safari saves them in the Files app under Downloads. From there you can save a video to Photos.
Does SocialMate keep a copy of my videos?
No. We do not store the videos you download. The download link we create expires automatically after a short time.
